❤️ The Movement Focus 
We will start with a guided breath flow using yoga postures (asanas) and conscious breathing (pranayama) to prepare for yoga nidra. The gentle asana sequence is specifically designed to massage & bring fresh blood to the internal organs, rejuvenate the nervous system, lubricants joints, muscles and ligaments, develop concentration, boost immunity and calm the body. This is gentle and accessible for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Pranayama translates to the “expansion” or “extension” (ayama) of “vital energy” (prana). Through the practice of pranayama one is able to increase vitality and better understand how energy effects the quality of life - physically, mentally and emotionally.

She gave up her day job to follow her passion in wellness after years of study in yoga, meditation, mindfulness and holistic healing through massage and energy medicine. She has now led classes, retreats and workshops in wellness for over a decade.
