Indulge Guilt-Free: The Benefits of Homemade Organic Vegan Chocolate

 By using simple, organic wholesome ingredients like cacao butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, raw cacao, and a pinch of sea salt, you can craft your own guilt-free, delicious chocolate.

Vegan Chocolate Recipe

Combine in pan

1 cup cacao butter

1 cup coconut oil 

 2/3 to 1 cup of maple syrup (you can sub with agarve) 

melt very gentle.  Stir and watch .. it happens fast so be careful it doesn’t burn. (alternatively you can do over a Bain-marie)

add

2 cups raw cacao & a pinch of natural sea salt 

stir with love till combined. Pour into a lined baking tray and top with your favourite additions if you wish. (More sea salt, nuts or dried fruit work well) 

put tray in the freezer until set.  Cut and store in a container in the freezer.  Lasts up to 6 months in freezer .. although it’s never lasts that long around here.
