Bespoke Mindfulness Workshops/Presentations
Bespoke, tailored workshops or presentations from 30 minutes to 1 work day that cover what mindfulness is, what it isn't, the benefits of becoming more mindful and the science behind it. Either a practical workshop that covers a formal mindfulness meditation practice along with tools to imbed informal practices into your daily life.

It can be hard to find the head space to think, let alone have quality focused time to ignite change and personal growth. Life can be unpredictable and intense, and it's becoming harder and harder to switch off. I know because I’ve been there. Stress, anxiety, a loss of joy, a lack of productivity, and a feeling of being out of control are common experiences. For 8 weeks we will work together weekly on Skype, Zoom or phone. You just need a device and an internet connection. Working this way is a powerful vehicle to embed mindfulness, clarity and clear purpose into your life. I will be your biggest advocate and work with you so you can fully inhabit this role for yourself. I will hold a space of love for you constantly over the 8 weeks as a pillar of light for your goals and dreams and cheer you on to find and sustain the dedication to make real change happen.
We will have an obligation free 20 minute call to see if we are the right match for each other. You will need to commit to daily practice over the 8 weeks and agree to be fully accountable for your own healing. If the match is right you will receive a detailed questionnaire and an agreement of our journey together.
The first session in week one will be 90 minutes where we will open a space for transformation and agree goals. We will look at the elements of practice that will work best for you. We will choose from a variety of Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, Breathing and Yoga Nidra practices that I know so well and love so much. We will decide if you are more suited to have an eastern philosophy focus or Western Science based approach or a combination of both and formulate a bespoke plan tailor made for transformation. We will then have 7 more weekly sessions of 45 minutes, along with a closing session of 30 minutes at the end of the 8 weeks. You will receive notes after each session along with 4 recordings over the 8 week of your personalised guided relaxations and meditations practiced in the sessions. Between sessions you will have email and messenger access to me which will be answered within at least 12 hours. Together we shine.

Kate thrives on variety and community. She runs a regular yoga series in Hawkes Bay both in Energy Yoga, and a Relaxation Series with Yoga Nidra on centre stage and also teaches yoga at the Hawkes Bay Regional Prison. “The Yoga Lunch” day retreat that she runs in conjunction with Hawkes Bay chef, restaurateur, award winning author and dear friend Alexandra Tylee from Pipi café is a day featuring feel great practices, new friends and fabulous food that has become a real favourite with individuals and groups from Hawkes Bay and beyond. She runs regular retreat in fabulous location like The Lookout Lodge outside Wanaka, guest teaches and facilitates retreats with mighty fine organisations like Tora Coastal Walk and Mojo Journeys. She loves to work with moon cycles and collaborates with a variety of teachers and studios around New Zealand.
