Bespoke, tailored workshops or presentations from 30 minutes to 1 work day that cover what mindfulness is, what it isn't, the benefits of becoming more mindful and the science behind it. Either a practical workshop that covers a formal mindfulness meditation practice along with tools to imbed informal practices into your daily life.

From 45 minute lunch time presentations to 90 minute keynote. For 8 sessions we will work together weekly in person or online. Working this way is a powerful vehicle to embed mindfulness, clarity and clear purpose into your life. I will be your biggest advocate and work with you so you can fully inhabit this role for yourself. I will hold a space of love for you constantly over the 8 sessions and time between as a pillar of light for your goals and dreams and cheer you on to find and sustain the dedication to make real change happen. Because the coaching is one on one we can spread the sessions out over 8 weeks or up to 12 weeks.

Kate runs a regular yoga series in Hawkes Bay both in Energy Yoga, and a Relaxation Series with Yoga Nidra on centre stage and also teaches yoga & mindfulness at the Hawkes Bay Regional Prison.

Kate runs retreats in various locations around NZ. Her original retreat - “The Yoga Lunch” day retreat that she founded in conjunction with Hawkes Bay chef, restaurateur, award winning author and dear friend Alexandra Tylee from Pipi café is a day featuring feel great practices, new friends and fabulous food that has become a real favourite with individuals and groups from Hawkes Bay and beyond.
She hosts regular retreats in fabulous location like Cape South Wellness Retreat outside Havelock North and guest teaches and facilitates retreats with mighty fine organisations like Tora Coastal Walk. She loves to work with moon cycles and collaborates with a variety of teachers and studios around New Zealand.
