Optional EXTRAS- a menu of massage, and treatments are available to pre book with superb therapists and practitioners. Airport transfers are $115 each way or let us arrange car hire for you. If you are adding on extra nights then spa treatment per night is included and additional activities of guided hikes, trout fishing, beach trips, surfing or surf lessons, horse riding, mountain biking, biking the trails and wine tours can all be arranged as add on to your stay.
10% of profits help fund the teaching of Mumma Soulfood Prison Mindfulness Programmes at Mangaroa Prison and Community Support Mindfulness with Kate McLeay.

About OUR VENUE
Our retreats are hosted at stunning luxurious private escape and wellness retreat located in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. It is a graciously designed French colonial style homestead set within 16 acres of gardens and grounds. A formal dining and living room, purpose built studio, informal kitchen/dining and snug, gym, infrared sauna and magnesium pool are exclusively available for the retreat. With just 8 luxurious ensuite rooms our retreats sell fast. Located 20 minutes out of Havelock North, 8 minutes from Waimarama Beach and 40 minutes from the Napier Airport.
What to bring
Comfort is key. Wear comfortable clothes to relax and move in. Layers are great. Check the weather forecast and pack a raincoat and brings layers if needed. Bring your slippers, swim suit if you are in for a swim, spa or sauna, your walking shoes and own toiletries and personal belongings. There is a library of books on site but feel free to pack a favourite book or magazine to enjoy in your free time.
About the Food
Dairy free, gluten free & processed sugar free. Organic and home grown where possible. Created with love and care. Do let us know if you have any dietary requirements upon booking.
About the Yoga and Movement
All sessions will be multi level experiences. No previous yoga, mindfulness or meditation experience is necessary. Do let us know if you have any injuries or illness or are taking any medication upon booking or prior to the retreat.
